Lloyds Bank: Induction for telephone banking staff
The elearning component of a large induction programme for a major bank. The design of the programme stands out with its generous dollop of full screen high quality video.

How to improve this eLearning
As with most static scorm based elearning, there’s little flexibility to update and add to the course. It would be great to have more colleague stories and hints and tips added on an on-going basis. You have to trawl through lots of modules to get to the bit where you want to practise a specific part of the bank’s system. Although the modules are quite short, a more granular approach to designing the overall content may offer more accessibility for refresher and JIT training.
