How to improve this elearning

Would totally make the grade if it included a virtual reality plastic dummy to practise on. Is there a native feature on the ipad that could translate pressing your palms on the glass into resuscitation chest presses? We think there should be!

Have to say this would be the most engaging online learning I have participated in. The subject matter (life and death) does itself help the learner engagement, but the production quality, great scenarios, timed responses (to add some urgency) and first person perspective are very compelling.
Nice touches with click and drag (PC) to tilt head back and then to move chin, and later press keys in right time for rescusitation – mixing physical inputs rather than just clicking the answers again makes the learning stick.
I am in awe of this learning and hope I can achieve this quality on all fronts in my future projects!
